AM I ELIGIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE FOR UNI5G ?

As long as you are above aged 18 years, you can subscribe to our new UNI5G Postpaid plans.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM LINE SUBSCRIPTION PER PERSON?

You can have a maximum of three (3) Principal lines per NRIC/Passport and maximum of five (5) supplementary lines per principal.

PORT IN FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER TO UNI5G

Yes. You can port in to UNI5G Postpaid plans, however the previous provider will request you to clear all outstanding balance, also make sure you don’t have contract with the current mobile service provider. Of course make sure you are not blacklisted.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS FOR SUBSCRIBING A POSTPAID NEW LINE?

Visit our centre at Lot A28 CMC Centre, Jalan Cerdas, Taman Connaught, Cheras 56000 Kuala Lumpur, we will process on the spot and you will get the new mobile sim card immediately.

HOW TO CHECK FOR WHETHER I CAN A FREE 5G PHONE?

As long as you have Home Unifi and with good paymaster, you should be eligible to get a free 5G phone (like Samsung A06 5G). You also may opt for a more expensive phone with a little bit of advance payment.

HOW DO I MAKE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE?

Please download the APP called Unifi Universe, there you register and easily you can make payment. Alternatively you can pay via TnG, Unifi store, banking online.

ANY CONTRACT FOR SUBSCRIBING TO UNI5G?

If you subscribe for UNI5G, usually there is no contract needed. However, you MUST terminate the subscription when you no longer using it. If you have purchased bundle with Mobile Phone, then you should have been contract bind for either 2 years or 3 years.

DO I GET DISCOUNT FOR UNI5G IF I HAVE UNIFI HOME?

Yes, definitely you will get discount if your Unifi Home account is active with good paymaster.
